Film featuring AFRH residents

On October 9, 2025, the Old Soldiers Home Foundation hosted a premiere screening of a short documentary—produced by TaleGate—featuring the voices of Armed Forces Retirement Home residents Harry Miller, Milton and Kay Stark, and Carol Rhan.

Filmed on the historic AFRH campus and at iconic landmarks throughout Washington, D.C., the film offers a moving tribute to the lives and legacies of those who served—and to the vibrant veteran community they’ve helped shape at AFRH.
